TCHS offers a Day Program for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with an opportunity for both learning and skill development through a variety of community and facility-based activities.  Activities are person-centered and provided with a focus on community inclusion, individual choice and interest, with a primary emphasis on health and safety practices.  Supports are structured by each member’s Individual Support Plan and determined by what a meaningful day looks like for them.  Activities may include but are not limited to pre-vocational training, volunteer experiences, leisure and recreation, as well as acquiring, retaining or improving socialization, communication and daily living skills.  Individuals can participate in facility or community activities according to their needs and preferences.
